Flower pounded prints on organic lightweight cotton bandana. Each printed flower was hammered by hand using the Japanese technique tatakizome. The cosmos, marigold and coreopsis flowers dyed on this bandana were grown on Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn, New York.
To properly care for your bandana, hand wash in cold water with a pH neutral soap, like Eucalan, and hang dry in the shade. Harsh soaps can change dye colors and direct sunlight will cause fading of naturally dyed fabrics. If you are going to use a washing machine, choose a gentle cycle with cold water and hang dry.
